It's gotten so rusty!" It seems to prevent corrosion inside, so the exterior walls hardly need maintenance... The rust protects the building. The 34m-tall tower looks like a submarine sticking its head out of the snow, and serves as an observation deck. Even if you climb the dark 160 steps, you can see the snowy scenery.
