A sombre piece of important history

This attraction is not only a reminder of the country and city's dark past but also almost a commemoration of it. Throughout the communist era, there were bunks throughout the Albania. This one was smack in the middle of the city but was never used for its intended purpose. It stands today as a testament for that past, with informative displays, recreations and explanations of that time period. The attraction accepts cash only and you'll walk through the detailed explanations of the paranoia of the era. I find that at the end of it, you'll have a better understanding of how life was during that time and the tension that existed amongst compatriotes.
