#Driving to travel Vachiralongkorn Dam, formerly known as Khao Laem Dam, is the first rockfill dam in Thailand with a reinforced concrete surface. It is located on the Kwai Noi River. It is a multi-purpose dam with the main purpose of generating electricity. It was built to block the Kwai Noi River in Tambon Tha Khanun, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province.
