The ancient arch in Thessaloniki

#mediterraneanvibes #thessaloniki #greece Visiting the Arch of Galerius (Kamara) in Thessaloniki was a cool stop on my city walk. Tip: it is hot, so bring sunhat and sunscreen. You fan buy water in one of many shores in the area. The arch is massive and way more impressive in person than in pics. All those detailed carvings telling ancient stories? Amazing. It’s crazy to think it’s been standing since like 300 AD! The square around it is lively, with people chilling and taking photos. Definitely a must-see, but go early or late—midday sun is no joke. So glad I didn’t skip it!
