Wat Khao Chong Phatthanaram

Wat Khao Chong Phatthanaram, formerly known as Wat Khao Chong Samrittharam, is an ancient temple established in 1954. It was built so that the villagers in the area would not have to travel far to make merit. The temple is predominantly golden, which contrasts beautifully with the green fields and mountains. Interesting features of the temple include the Luang Pho Hai Setthi, a large blessing Buddha image, the Setthi Kao Na Chedi, and the 8-color Buddha images for each day of the week, among many others.
