A must-try when you return to Taiwan: San Wang Snail Noodles

As a snail noodle lover, I tried five different snail noodle restaurants during my time in Taiwan, and this one was the most authentic and delicious. The owner is from Guangxi, so the flavor and sour bamboo shoots are incredibly authentic. Even better, this is the only place that serves fried eggs.
