For this trip to Phuket✈️, we chose to stay at a seaside hotel in Phang Nga province. This area is relatively less crowded and more tranquil, perfect for a high-end leisure vacation. 🏨 JW MARRIOTT KHAO LAK RESORT & SPA JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa 🔥 Highlights ✅ The hotel has its own private beach🏖️, offering a serene and secluded atmosphere with minimal disturbance. ✅ Featuring multiple pools and a water park, the resort is practically surrounded by swimming areas, ranking among the best in Southeast Asia. Some room types even allow direct pool access from the balcony. ✅ Unique experiences include the hotel's bamboo shark nursery, which also serves as a marine conservation center. Here, we spotted "near-threatened" bamboo sharks🦈 from the Andaman Sea. ✅ The JW Garden is ideal for cycling or guided tours. It grows various crops, some of which supply the hotel's restaurants, creating a natural ecological space with an organic farm that harmonizes humans and nature. 🍃 Hotel Environment The hotel boasts a luxurious and elegant Thai-style decor. We stayed in a Deluxe Pool Access Room with direct balcony access to the pool. The service was excellent👍—upon arrival, we received organic gifts🎁 from the JW Garden and welcome fruits. The room was thoughtfully arranged, with towels folded into different animal shapes daily. Turndown service also included a sweet goodnight gift. 🍴 Dining The hotel features multiple specialty restaurants and bars. Every morning, guests can enjoy a diverse breakfast while taking in the ocean view. 🏖️ Nearby Experiences The hotel is conveniently close to the Similan Islands. Guests can also join the hotel's cycling tour to explore Chong Fah Waterfall and unique temples or discover other attractions like Phang Nga Bay. 🚗 Located north of Phuket Airport, the hotel is about a 1.5-hour drive from the airport. Airport transfers can be arranged in advance.
