The food served is sprinkled with freshly picked local vegetables, seasonal ingredients, wild flowers, and wild plants. We chose the 6-course B lunch course for 4,400 yen. For the main course, we had wild game from Taketa. The taste, sauce, and color were so perfect that we exclaimed in admiration as each dish was served! ️ Course B is a full course that takes about 2 hours, so make sure you have plenty of time.
