This afternoon, I went to Yi Jian Clinic to discuss international medical services. In the evening, Chairman Qiu of Hua'an Medical invited us to dinner. Nearby, in a small alley, there is an authentic Taiwanese restaurant called Mei Wei Xiao Guan. We ordered a table full of delicious dishes. The braised lion's head meatballs are the largest in Taipei and very tasty. They are even better when added to the fish head casserole, making it a visually appealing and delicious dish. Other dishes we had included prawn vermicelli pot, stir-fried cabbage, fragrant and tasty vegetable rice, stinky tofu pot, and salted egg yolk squid. The flavors were excellent and highly recommended.
