CitizenM Taipei North Gate (台北北门世民酒店) is located No. 3號, Section 1, Zhonghua Rd, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, 100 and is near to Beimen Station (Est 5 to 8 mins) and it is walking distance to Taipei Main Station (8 to 15 mins) There are also many different bus routes in front of the post office directly across the street to other attractions such as Yangmingshan, Jiu Fen old street etc. This hotel is also walking distance to to the popular Ximengding District within 10 minutes. Check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs. This hotel features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services and breakfast (only if you purchased) at level 2. There is a chargeable laundry service (will charge to your hotel key card when you check out) at the lobby should you required. The clothes must be sent in by morning for you to received it on the same day at night. We stayed in a double city view with a king room. The room itself is quite small, but it is cozy and still spacious enough for 1 king bed with a super huge window to have a superb city view. Walking space may be small but it is able to pack 1 big luggage and 2 small luggages. In addition to that, it also have a built in wardrobe with a side table which was really good to put all your travel items, documents and anything else. In terms of room facilities, it features a separate bathroom and toilet cubicle. Hair dryer and there’s a mini bar fridge are also provided. Everything can be controlled via an iPad in terms of lights, air con, TV, blind and curtain. Wifi is fast and reliable and the room comes with universal sockets. You can also cast Netflix from directly from your phone/iPad to TV using airplay or Chromecast. I would highly recommend this to solo / business or couple to try out this hotel. Overall I very satisfied with the stay at this hotel, and really appreciate the kind gesture of decorating the room with balloons and free drink to celebrate the birthday due to me having a longer stay at this hotel. ##citizenm
