#falladventures #travel #familytravel First, you need to buy entry tickets to the scenic area in advance through WeChat. Fortunately, our taxi driver warned us and helped us to do it; otherwise, we would never have gotten in! For the over 60s, the tickets are free anyway, and the shuttle bus to the Middle Gate is just 20RMB. There isn't much of a view going up on the bus. In fact, all the views are from the top of the mountain. From the Middle Gate, you can either take the cable car or walk up 6,000 steps. We opted for the cable car as there was no queue and the steps seemed very busy, which could have been dangerous. Anyway, the view from the cable car was great. It was summer holiday, so everything was really packed, including at the top of the mountain. Coming back down by cable car was more of a problem as we had to queue for 45 minutes.
