Seoammun is a small gate located on the west side of Suwon Hwaseong. It has a simple structure, but the harmony of the fortress and nature was impressive. In particular, the secretive and simple atmosphere unique to Ammun was uniquely appealing, and walking along the surrounding trail was also enjoyable. It was a bit difficult, though haha.. 📌 Points for solo travelers Recommended activity: Take a leisurely walk around Seoammun and enjoy the castle walls and natural scenery Hidden spot: On top of the castle walls right next to Seoammun → A place where you can overlook the entire Suwon at a glance Recommended snack: A set of warm jujube tea and rice cakes sold at a nearby traditional tea house (6,500 won) 🚨 Precautions Ammun is small and narrow, so be careful when passing by The trail is steep, so wear comfortable shoes Make sure to throw away trash in the designated area Seoammun is more than just a passageway; it is a space where you can see the defense strategies and architectural beauty of the Joseon Dynasty, and it was a special experience where you can enjoy history and nature at the same time!!
