Delicious food in Sucre!

As I was wandering around the restaurant zone on the second floor of the Central Market as usual, I came across a very delicious meal! It's called "asado en olla" It means meat dish cooked in a pot (olla). Beef and vegetables stewed with various spices. It was a little spicy and the most delicious meal I've ever had at the Central Market!
