There are also very many small restaurants rich in traditional characteristics, opening hours are very short, you can only try your luck. This town used to be farmland, growing crops such as asparagus and potatoes for a living. There are still many corn fields around it, and the corn fields at sunset are super beautiful. There are many more wineries in the southern part of the Alsace region, be sure to try their white wines.
