[🇧🇦Old Town] A town where the sound of hammering metal is soothing...

📍Baščaršija In Sarajevo, Bosnia, we went to the old town of Basčaršija. This is the commercial district from the Ottoman Empire. The name "čaršija", which is also found in Stara Çaršija in North Macedonia, comes from the Turkish word çarşı (market). It is famous for its metal and copper products, and the sound of metal being hammered can be heard from nowhere. There are many souvenirs lined up, including metal and copper products, Turkish lamps and oil-based products, and you will be enchanted by their beauty...⚱️ There are some counterfeits among them, but they are cheap, so it might be a good idea to buy a metal spoon as a souvenir, knowing that. 😽 There were almost no touts, so I was able to tour the souvenir shops in relative silence! #AbsolutelyFreeTrip
