BRUNO CAFE IN THE PARK, SOUTH JAKARTA

It's been quite a month since Bruno Café has been present at Warung Jati, South Jakarta, a café with a fairly large area, a VIP room, a yoga studio as well, and a really cool outdoor area. This coolness is also supported because there is a koi fish pond in front of it and next to the VIP Room. Since it was already noon, so I ordered lunch for Dory Matah Rice, Limone Grilled Chicken and Souffle Pancake for dessert. Dory Matah Rice is actually not using rice, but using potatoes. But it turns out it can be replaced with rice. And the rice is like lime rice, so the rice is very tasty, salty and fragrant. As for the Dori itself, the meat is very soft, and the sambal is also really thick. but the appearance of this dory fish is similar to chicken meat. Because it is fried until brown. but it's still delicious to enjoy, and it goes well with the matah sauce and the orange rice. Limone Grilled Chicken, this one uses pasta and chicken pieces. The pasta linguine is soft and chewy, and the sauce is really creamy. and the good thing is the chicken meat is soft and the seasoning feels like the meat is split. Souffle Pancakes, this dessert must be familiar to many, and the pancakes are no less soft and tender like the pancakes in the malls. And the Souffle Pancake served with berries, there are strawberries and blueberries, the same with berry jam and vanilla ice cream too. Wow, I swear the Souffle Pancakes are really good. To drink it, it's also not inferior, I ordered Bruno's Coffee Cream, a glass of espresso with milk, cream and an additional sprinkle of cinnamons. The taste is very creamy and the cinnamons are also thick and very fragrant. Strawberry Milk Tea, this one uses strawberry flavored milk, which tastes really fresh, the strawberry also tastes really good. And the other one is Miss Palmer Sparkling, this soda drink will quench your thirst, yes, it's a soda drink. And the soda also uses lime. Can you imagine how fresh it feels?
