It’s the National Museum of Ethnography (Национален етнографски Музей)! It’s located in the heart of Sofia, so it’s super easy to find! As soon as I entered the museum, I was immersed in the intense Bulgarian atmosphere! There are so many traditional national costumes, handicrafts, farming tools, and beautiful rugs and woodcarvings on display, each of which tells a story about Bulgaria’s history and culture. It felt like I had traveled back in time to the Bulgarian countryside hundreds of years ago!
