A visit to the Magical Reindeer Encounter in Lapland

We had a wonderful time at Jaakkola Reindeer Farm! The highlight was the reindeer sleigh ride—although it was a short one, it was still a great experience to glide through the snowy landscape with these gentle animals. We also got to feed the reindeer, which was a fun and interactive way to learn more about them. The farm provided a warm and cozy setting where we could enjoy a hot berry drink, perfect for the chilly weather. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. For families with kids, there’s even a small slide and swings for them to enjoy, making it a great place for visitors of all ages. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting insights about reindeer and local traditions.
