Halal Buffet Breakfast at Carousel!

Carousel is an award-winning halal buffet restaurant located inside Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel along Orchard Road. Hotel guests get to enjoy their breakfast buffet there if it is included in the room rate! Breakfast service was a busy affair, with a perpetual queue and staff rushing back and forth to find seats and clear plates. That being said, you do not need to feel rushed. Turnover rate was fast and every table was consistently filled, so we were quickly seated. The western & asian spread was nice and quality was decent! There was a larger spread of asian delights like nasi lemak, congee and bee hoon. There is a live omelette station, while the other forms of egg are pre-cooked and served in the western section.
