Hearty Breakfast at QIN Restaurant!

QIN Restaurant & Bar is located at Level 5 of The Clan Hotel and serves ‘new asian’ cuisine, putting a creative spin on local classics. Being managed by the reputable TungLok Group, you can be assured of the quality of the food here! While there is a larger selection of modern Singaporean dishes during lunch and dinner service, they also do serve up a hearty breakfast set daily from 6.30am-10.30am (11.30am on weekends). While this will usually cost $36++ per set, it is free for The Clan Hotel guests if your room rate includes it. Breakfast is ala carte here and you get to choose one main course. The portion is hearty and filling enough! We tried The QIN Breakfast, which was a lovely rendition of the classic Big Breakfast. The hash browns and bacon strips were crisp, and the BBQ baked beans had a nice smokey taste. We also got to try the Chef’s Daily Special, which happened to be a rich, creamy and flavourful bowl of Seafood Laksa 🦐 ! All items are served with The Roti Shop 🍞, which is a self-assembled kaya butter toast and a side of kueh. The toast was soft and fluffy and went well with the fragrant kaya!
