🍲 Authentic Thai Flavours at Kinn Derm, West Coast

Dropped by Kinn Derm at West Coast Highway and had a truly satisfying Thai meal with the family. We ordered the tom yam soup, fried sea bass with soy sauce and garlic, Thai fried rice, grilled squid, vermicelli with prawns, and stir-fried kailan—and every dish hit the spot. The tom yam was spicy, tangy, and full of depth—just the way it should be. The fried sea bass stood out with its crispy skin and flavourful soy-garlic sauce. Thai fried rice was fragrant and comforting, perfect with the rest of the dishes. The grilled squid was tender and smoky, while the vermicelli with prawns was soaked in flavour and had a great bite. Even the simple stir-fried kailan was well done and fresh. Service was warm and attentive, and they made us feel right at home. The casual setting made it a great place for a hearty, relaxed dinner.
