POPULAR TAIWANESE BAKERY REOPENS IN LAVENDER! Singapore

When we saw that 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 was closing, we felt disheartened as we only got to try them out once. Who would’ve thought that it would be a blessing in disguise, as they came all the way from the far west to just a stone’s throw away from our place! 👏 Following the same minimalist style as their previous NEWest outlet, Simple Cafe calls it as it is - clean and simple. The space is furnished with rustic wooden shelves and seats. The space is also bigger now and we love that there’s more natural light pouring in. The last time we tried their bakes, we weren’t impressed but maybe things have changed over the year? If you’re thinking of heading down early, be sure to come at least an hour after their opening as most of their fresh bakes wouldn’t be ready yet. We wanted to try the 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻, but unfortunately it wasn’t available yet. 🥯️ #singaporetrip#food
