#singaporetrip It came to a shock to most of us when we heard 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 was moving out of their iconic coffee studio after 4 years. During all that time, the café has made a name for themselves as one of the few remaining specialty coffee joints that focuses solely on their craft. 🙌🏻 Apartment didn’t waste any time at all and has just announced the opening of their new space in Rochor. Remaining true to their style, the café retains its clean, minimalist look with a mix of white and wood. 🪵 Their menu purely focuses on coffee, with seasonal filters being the majority. We tried the 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮 as a black, which is the only Ethiopian natural for the day. Bright and delicate, there’s a light berry sweetness to it. ☕️ They don’t serve takeaway here - a unique but admirable habit they have been doing since the previous space. For those of you who’re looking to come down anytime soon, it’s best to arrive early as they hit full capacity within minutes on a weekend. #trip #cafe
