Classy cafe for high tea at Plaza Singapura

Address - Arteastiq DePatio, Plaza Singapura Shopping Mall, 68 Orchard Road, #03-70/72, Singapore 238839 This cafe has a really relaxing ambience, with a nice view and natural sunlight streaming through the full-length glass windows. There are also pretty dried flowers decorating the spaces, adding pops of colour and a casual vibe to the place. My friends and I ordered the lychee teas, honey teas and a serving of truffle fries to share. Our lychee teas came with actual lychee fruits in the cup, which was awesome. Fries tasted yummy too. However, the service was cold and it was really difficult to get their attention to request for things. Also, tap water is apparently chargeable here as well, which I thought was quite ridiculous.
