To see them at the mall, you will need to scan the QR codes there to see the various lion themes, including some with fireworks. It is quite an interesting experience. Even without the AR experience the decorations are very nice by themselves with many photo opportunities. How to get there: Plaza Singapura is right above the Dhoby Ghaut train station, alternatively you can take any bus that goes there or take a car there, or drive and park there.
