What you can eat onboard Dream Cruises

Onboard @dreamcruiseline, the complimentary dining options include the Dream Dining Room, the Lido, and the 24 hour snack bar. During the 4 days though, it felt like I was eating to live, and not living to eat here. 😭😭 The Upper Dining room at deck 8 serves Chinese cuisine, while the Lower Dining Room at deck 7 serves western cuisine. They feature different menus daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner which you can view from the daily cruise planner via Dreamcruise’s mobile app. ✅Halal dining is available at Lower Dream Dining Room, and the Lido at Deck 16. If you want a table at the Dining rooms for lunch or dinner, you’ll have to queue at least 15 min before opening time for a time slot. It’s fully booked if you come later. We managed to clinch a table for lunch and dinner but it was even sadder after we sat down after the wait to discover the food sucked. 😭 I’ve never felt so hungry and yet unable to choose where to eat at all before because the options were so limited! 😂(RCL was absolutely nothing like this, food was great there) Here’s my personal ranking of the complimentary F&B options: 1️⃣The Lido with its free flow caipng, decent desserts and cut fruits turned out surprisingly the best out of the lot! Ample tables, no need to queue, a wider selection of food, and it closes 30minutes later than the Dining Rooms (but honestly 9pm isn’t early at all). 2️⃣The 24 hour Snack Bar at deck 16 is what’s left after 9pm. 😣😣 French fries, and hotdog buns can’t fail, but they don’t pass by much either. 3️⃣The Lower Dining Room at deck 7 serves decent breakfast. We never managed to get a table for lunch and dinner. 4️⃣The Upper Dining Room at deck 8 was mediocre at best. Come if you really want table service. Don’t be deceived by the photos!
