[Yamaguchi Trip] Carbonara in a cheese bowl

I've always been interested in this chain restaurant, but there are no stores in my area, so I was happy to find it while traveling and went in❣️ A casual Italian restaurant🇮🇹 whose homemade fresh pasta has been featured on "King's Brunch" and "Arashi ni Shiyagare" When you sit down, they bring you iced tea, and it's all-you-can-drink, which is great🙌 ▶︎THE Carbonara...¥1,749 ────────────── In Italy, it was prepared right in front of me in a container of long-aged Parma cheese, known as the "king of cheeses"🍝 The chewy noodles were well-mixed with the rich cheese, and it was very delicious❣️ ▶︎Marinara...¥999 ─────────── The tomato's acidity was effective and it wasn't heavy, and the dough was not crispy but fluffy.
