Introducing the dinner I had at Hazu Gassho in Yuya Onsen, Aichi 🥢 Everything I ate was delicious, but... The one I enjoyed the most was this↓↓↓ ⚫︎Amazake aperitif🌾 It was made only with rice and water, and it was the most delicious amazake I've ever had in my life, so I'm wondering if I should buy it online. ⚫︎Sashimi🐟 Of course the sashimi was delicious, such as Kinuhime salmon, but the sashimi soy sauce called Irizake was so good that I bought it at the shop and took it home!!! ⚫︎Hourai beef sukiyaki hotpot style It was a dish that sukiyaki lovers can't resist🤤 It had a gentle sukiyaki taste, and I want to make it at home too...!!!
