#aprilblooms Known as the "Land of Resurrection", there are endless shrines where worshippers seek the blessing of courage and determination to take a new step at every point of life. Together with Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine and Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, it is called Kumano Sanzan, and Kusha is the main shrine of Kumano Shrine, which has 5,000 shrines nationwide. It was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. A total of 18 gods are enshrined in the beautiful vermilion-painted shrine, mainly the gods of the husband and wife of Kumano Hayatama Omikami and Kumano Fusumi Ogami.
