I go to Watanabe-dori in Fukuoka where my accommodation is, drop off my suitcase, and take the Shinkansen from Hakata Station to Shin-Shimonoseki. This pass can only be used on JR West, so it can only be used on the Shinkansen between Hakata and Kokura, and cannot be used in Kyushu. I will stay in Osaka on the first day, but the Sanyo Main Line to Osaka is blocked from Bizen City in Okayama Prefecture to Nishi-Aka City in Hyogo Prefecture, so I cannot go. I will change my accommodation to Fukuoka 6 hours before the trip and give up all my Osaka itinerary. All of them are past the cancellation period or non-refundable. The accommodation will allow free cancellation, but I don't know whether or not I will be charged for the afternoon tea. Since I canceled it myself, there is nothing I can do about it even if I am charged. The flight to Tajima on the 16th at 9 o'clock was booked with the JAL Japan Explorer Pass (this was made at the same time as the reservation), so it is non-refundable and there is no one to contact, so I will be a no-show tomorrow. Since I couldn't go to Osaka, the first day's schedule is to tour Shimonoseki-Kanryujima-Kokura-Fukuoka-Hiroshima and stay in Fukuoka. It was a day where the area had nothing to do with the typhoon and it was a holiday, so it was crowded everywhere. I also took a boat to the island to get all the Yamaguchi Prefecture Pokemon Manholes because I had time. Traveling in the summer season is subject to weather variables such as typhoons.
