#September2025 Lunch at Qingchun Pumen in MixC World was a feast for my taste buds. Dishes like the quinoa and pepper tofu were refreshing and healthy, with a smooth texture, and the spicy pepper sauce was a pleasant surprise. The black truffle fried rice was fragrant, and the unique truffle flavor added a layer of depth to the dish. The organic dandan noodles were also delicious, with chewy noodles and a rich sauce that made them irresistible. For dessert, the red bean and coconut taro balls and the bean mochi were both delicious. The former had a perfect balance of coconut and red beans, while the latter's mochi had a soft texture that left a lasting impression. Overall, Qingchun Pumen offers healthy and creative lunch options, and is definitely worth a try!
