Winter Melon Fish For the first time, I tasted the combination of fragrant red oil and refreshing winter melon. The flavor was both fresh and rich, spicy but not overwhelming. No wonder Cantonese people love it so much! A huge platter of fish roe, fish maw, fish belly, fish intestines, along with fresh oysters and chicken eggs! Absolutely satisfying. The ingredients become more flavorful as you cook them, and I ended up eating three bowls in a row. Winter Melon Chicken Pot The fresh and plump Qingyuan free-range chicken truly lived up to its reputation. The broth was a delightful mushroom-based version, incredibly aromatic. The soup was clear and flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The restaurant itself is spacious and bright, with private dining rooms available.
