The open-concept, tropical-inspired design is beautiful 3. The story behind it is super cool — run by former baristas from Shanghai’s OPS team who decided to start fresh here in Guangzhou! 🫘 They offer a wide variety of coffee beans, all roasted and sourced through their own channels — very professional. A unique touch? They’re also making chocolate beans in-house, clearly exploring a wider specialty path! ☕ I ordered the “Double Small Combo”: a mini Americano + a mini milk coffee You can choose from 3 espresso bean options: • Two Ethiopia SOEs (Single Origin Espresso) • One rich house blend Only the SOE beans are available for combo, so I went with the Ethiopia Sidamo. 📝 Tasting notes: • Mini Americano had bright red cherry and berry notes — very refreshing • Mini milk coffee was made with a touch of coconut milk, adding natural sweetness and a silky smooth texture 🧊 Their signature drinks are super creative too — you can choose single origin beans for them, which reminds me of the thoughtful touches back at OPS. 💰 Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. 🌴 And I absolutely loved the open-style layout — perfect for this tropical-feeling city.
