Sea World Shekou Arts Center

The Shenzhen Sea World Culture and Arts Center is located at 1187 Wanghai Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Take Subway Line 12 or Line 2 to Sea World Station, Exit A, and cross the street to arrive. Multiple bus routes are also available. Sea World Culture and Arts Center (SWCAC) is China Merchants Shekou's first innovative cultural and commercial complex and a landmark in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. With exhibitions, performances, and commercial businesses, it offers a unique cultural experience. Sea World Culture and Arts Center has been named "Shenzhen's Top Cultural Destination" by Lonely Planet and one of Time magazine's "World's Greatest Places" in 2018. The Sea World Arts Center is an art museum by the sea, covering over 26,000 square meters with a building area of over 71,000 square meters. It is the first work in China by world-renowned architect Fumihiko Maki. The simple white building complex sits by the sea and near the city, offering stunning views where the sea and sky meet.
