After 13 years of development, it exudes a calm and classic charm. 🏘️️️Room type/layout The hotel rooms have a unique design, such as the Metropolitan Suite, a two-story loft with an area of 108 square meters and a clever layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer a great view of the Futian Center and the Mai Po Wetlands in Hong Kong. The Italian Murano glass chandelier adds a romantic atmosphere to the space, and at sunset, the light dyes the marble walls an enchanting amber color. However, some loft rooms do not have a view from the bedroom area, and the bathroom is relatively small. The Caroline Suite returns to a normal layout, with a design style that combines Western cream and Chinese seriousness, perfectly presented in the living room and bedroom. The renovated bathroom area has a view bathtub and double sinks, which are comfortable and beautiful. 🛌Supplies/facilities The hotel has a wide range of facilities. The lobby is designed with a large entrance, with classic floral arrangements and large chandeliers, with gold threads wrapped around the lights and beautiful hanging curtains. The high-rise lobby front desk rest area is not large, but it is full of old money. The central decoration echoes the ceiling chandelier, and a night ceremony is held here every night. The building is a square structure, with the lobby bar occupying three sides, dark furniture and carpets, and a Christmas tree in the corner, which is charming when the night falls and the lights are on. The hotel gym facilities are a bit old, but the pool is well maintained and has a classic St. Regis stone pool. The spa service is excellent and impressive. The Western restaurant is located on the 99th floor, with tall napkins that are beautiful, but no window views. The 100th floor used to be a bar area, but now it has been converted into a small lounge where Platinum and above guests can enjoy happy hour every night. In the guest rooms, the master bathroom is equipped with a fully automatic TOTO washlet and a German Kaldewei steel porcelain bathtub, and the night light mode makes you feel like you are in the Milky Way. 🧹Soundproofing/hygiene The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned in a timely manner, and the public areas are kept clean. The soundproofing is excellent, so you can enjoy a quiet rest in your room without being disturbed by the outside world. 💗Other tips 1. Service experience: The St. Regis butler service is more attentive, and they will call to confirm check-in information one day in advance. After check-in, guests' needs are responded to in a timely manner, coffee is available on call, and the turndown service not only tidies up the corners of the bed, but also gives lavender pillow spray to enhance the sleep experience. 2.
