Dali Nuodeng Ancient Village, a severely underestimated hidden gem

Starting from Dali city center, navigate to Nuodeng Ancient Village parking lot 🅿️, it takes about 2 hours to reach, and the parking is free. The entire village offers accommodations on the mountainside. If your accommodation is located halfway up the mountain, contact the guesthouse in advance; they can arrange for a horse to carry your luggage up, or you can ride a horse yourself. Nuodeng Ancient Village is perfect for photography, and there are very few tourists. The village is very quiet at night with little entertainment, so a one-day trip is recommended. The accommodation conditions in the village are relatively poor, so be prepared. If walking is tiring, you can ask the guesthouse to arrange a horse to tour the entire village.
