Xujiahui Catholic Church

Xujiahui Catholic Church, officially known as St. Ignatius Cathedral, is a Catholic cathedral in Xujiahui, Shanghai, China. The design concept of the exterior of Xujiahui Catholic Church is mainly European medieval Gothic architecture. The overall building of the church is 79 meters high, 28 meters wide, and the main altar is 44 meters wide The main church is solemn and sacred; the bell tower is about 56 meters high, the top of the spire stands a cross high, above the main entrance are four statues of the gospel saint and a bright and solemn rose window, and there is a finely carved statue of Jesus in the circular relief in the middle of the church.
