Finally Found a Super Cool Hotel in Shanghai

Hilton Shanghai Zhangjiang Science and Technology Park, a Great Choice for Business Travel I recently stayed at the Hilton Shanghai Zhangjiang Science and Technology Park, and my overall experience was very good. When I checked in, the hand sanitizer in the room was still unopened. Although the new renovation inevitably has a bit of a smell, it's much better than when the Hilton in the city center opened. Room Layout and Surrounding Environment 🏘️Room Type/Layout: For this location, the room area is relatively small. I stayed in a city view room, and most of the surrounding area is office buildings. It's not very suitable for traveling with kids, but more suitable for business people. Member Experience and Lounge Service 💎I'm a Diamond member, and it's a little regrettable that I didn't get an upgrade to a suite this time. However, the executive lounge's performance is relatively stable, the food quality is well-controlled, and the fruit supply is sufficient. It's just that the speed of replenishing the food needs to be improved. When I went, there were not many guests, only three or four tables. High-Quality Bathrooms and Thoughtful Amenities 🛁Amenities/Facilities: The bathroom experience is great! The water temperature is suitable when showering, the water pressure is sufficient, and the design is reasonable. Opening the door won't get water everywhere. The towels are large and long, and because they are new, they are particularly soft. Very few hotels I've stayed at have such comfortable towels. The room is also equipped with an air purifier, which is very thoughtful. During the opening period, the first round of the mini bar is free, which is great. Stylish Breakfast, Delicious and Diverse 🍽Breakfast gave me a big surprise! The restaurant's decoration is very stylish, which is a departure from the cafeteria style of most Hiltons. It offers Shanghai's four most classic breakfast items, with a rich variety and high quality. The portions and ingredients for the egg pancakes and Jianbing Guozi are more generous than at other Hiltons. I just don't know if the quality will change after more people come after the opening. 💰Average cost: Original price of 1,000+ 💗Other tips: 1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's a two-minute walk from Exit 2 or 1 of the Xuelin Road subway station. 2. The check-in process around 6pm was very smooth. 3. The executive lounge's offerings are decent, but guests with high expectations for the lounge's quality can find out more in advance. 4. Relatively speaking, there are not a lot of varieties for breakfast, and it's a little simple, but the quality is not bad. 5. Employee rates are only for personal use and do not include friends and family rates. Overall, this hotel has good quality, and the stay experience for business travel is very good.
