They actively help to solve various problems. You can also delay check-out for free. The cleaning lady is also very friendly. The hotel lobby is spacious, with various small items for guests to take away for free (makeup remover cotton, wet wipes, shower caps, etc.), and there is also a rabbit sitting in charge 😂 The room is very comfortable, clean and neat. It is also connected to Xiaodu Home Furnishing. The lights and curtains can be adjusted by voice, which is very user-friendly. I booked a room on trip.com and the experience was great!
