It was a valentine trip to Shanghai, China 🇨🇳 Shanghai is a vibrant city where tradition meets modernity, making it a perfect destination for a romantic Valentine’s Day getaway ❤️ We started our day early with a visit to The Bund, Shanghai’s iconic waterfront area👌Arriving just before sunrise, we enjoyed the tranquility of the space before the crowds arrived. The view of the Pudong skyline with its towering skyscrapers, including the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Shanghai Tower, was absolutely breathtaking in the soft light of dawn. It’s a perfect spot for taking romantic photos with the river and city in the background 💯 We then headed to Yu Garden, a beautiful traditional Chinese garden located in the heart of Shanghai’s Old City. This peaceful oasis, with its winding paths, tranquil ponds, and stunning architecture, provided a perfect contrast to the bustling streets outside. We strolled through the lush garden 🌺 admiring the intricate bridges and pavilions, and of course, took plenty of romantic pictures. The garden is a serene place to relax and enjoy a quiet moment together, and I highly recommend capturing the beauty of the Seven-turning Bridge and the classic Dragon Wall 🙌 📍218 Anren Street, Huangpu District, Shanghai We also visited Jin Mao Tower for a panoramic view of Shanghai. Located in the Lujiazui financial district, this skyscraper offers one of the best views of the city. We went up to the 88th floor observation deck, and the 360-degree view of Shanghai, with its blend of old and new architecture, was absolutely stunning 🤩 We loved capturing the contrast between the historical Bund and the modern skyline. 📍88 Century Avenue, Pudong, Shanghai We also explored Nanjing Road, one of Shanghai’s busiest shopping streets. The neon lights, bustling crowds, and vibrant atmosphere made for an exciting and colorful experience. We walked hand-in-hand, soaking in the energy of the city. Once it got darker, we made our way back to the Bund, where the skyline was lit up in all its glory. The reflection of the city lights ✨ on the river made for the perfect romantic photo opportunity 📸 📍Nanjing Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai Shanghai is an incredible city for a Valentine’s Day adventure.
