Exotic stones gather at Garden

2022.02.20 in the afternoon, we entered the garden, with tickets priced at 40 yuan per person, 20 yuan for the elderly. Dining at the Jinshi Di restaurant inside the garden grants free admission. My husband had called in advance to reserve a meal at the restaurant, saving us the ticket fee. We entered from another side and, since it wasn't time to eat yet, we strolled around the garden for quite a while... It is highly recommended to visit the Exotic Stone Museum to appreciate all kinds of strange stones. A table full of Manchu-Han Imperial Feast dishes is made from rare stones resembling raw ones, which is amazing. The entire large warehouse is filled with various old objects, wood carvings, and painted beams that have been collected. Next door, there is an open space where they are restoring these mortise and tenon wood structures of ancient Huizhou architecture. This has become quite popular in recent years, dismantling the old to repair and restore it to its former state, protecting a batch of old houses and objects that might have been damaged. And you don't have to go far to see these old buildings... There are also several houses in the garden that came about this way, such as the WenDao Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the Nanmu Hall, and the Tea Culture Museum. It's recommended to take a tour around these as well, as they display quite a few treasures. Further inside the garden, there are 12 alpacas. Feeding and taking photos costs 68 yuan per family, which is a good activity to participate in if you're bringing children... There are black swans in the nearby river. I guess it didn't have its afternoon tea, so it swam over to us and kept calling out. You shouldn't feed it even if you don't have anything to feed... In fact, not feeding animals easily is a form of protection for both the animals and ourselves... My husband said that when the weather gets warmer, we'll come back to see the house that is being restored, which should be finished by then. I recommend everyone to come and visit~
