TexMex in Shanghai

I’m pretty sure that Chilli’s is a well known brand around the world, but there is a new one that just opened up in Jingan with a great location. One of the big things that people go there for is the happy hour that they do in the evenings but I really enjoyed the food that I had (chicken tenders) which came with a great sauce.
