CAFE STAND Mado recently opened in Mikuni, Shakotan, Hokkaido. The shop is made of gel that was handmade by the female owner. All the dishes served are takeaway, but they include coffee, curry, and soft serve ice cream. They all use local ingredients and are very delicious! As you can see in the photo, there is a place to sit, so you can eat on the spot.
