🍕 Pizzeria Enoteca Craft We started with beer, fruit tomato caprese, and charcoal-grilled chicken thigh ham! Both were delicious, but the ham was especially exquisite✨️ The Roman-style tripe tomato stew was also hot and the tripe was tenderly cooked🍅 The simple green salad had a refreshing Italian dressing. The charcoal-grilled sea bream had crispy skin while the inside was moist and smooth. The umami flavor was well preserved✨️ And the pizza was Margherita. Simply outstanding.
