Yeonnam-dong Restaurant: Cheongnok Yangsik, Before Blooming

A must-visit restaurant/hot place in Yeonam-dong without a reservation! I visited Cheongrok Yangsik. If you go to Yeonam-dong, this is a must-visit restaurant! ❣️Sweet Pumpkin Rose Cream Gnocchi (16,000₩) So delicious...ㅜㅠㅠㅜ The gnocchi is really chewy and delicious!! As a gnocchi lover, Cheongrok Yangsik's gnocchi has a great texture, but the sauce is special and really delicious. Usually, gnocchi is served with a creamy mushroom and garlic-flavored sauce based on a cream base. However, this place had a new combination of sweet pumpkin + rose sauce. The sweet pumpkin flavor wasn't as strong as I expected, but it was a rich rose that had the unique softness and sweetness of sweet pumpkin... and a rich gochujang cream flavor??! The sauce was made soft and savory without being greasy, with just the sweet pumpkin flavor and sweetness?, so it was really delicious. I ended up eating it with a spoonful of sauce...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It was also delicious to dip bread in the sauce and eat it with bacon. ❣️Calimari Curry Cream Risotto (13,000₩) It's not my first time having risotto, but it was a new taste and even more delicious. It's not fried food covered in batter, but Mediterranean-style fried squid that's almost like grilled food, and the main ingredients are garlic and crispy shiitake mushrooms. Usually, when it comes to risotto, there are only three types: cream or tomato rose, but the curry cream here is full of curry flavor and is full of savory taste without any greasy taste. The texture of the rice bursting is really good. The squid fried food has a refreshing sour taste as if lemon..? lime..? was sprinkled on top, so it's fantastic when eaten with curry risotto😛🥺🥰 Please put more fried squid...
