Egg whites in cocktails may seem strange and unfamiliar, but because they are shaken vigorously multiple times, they turn into very delicate and soft foams, so they are not greasy at all, but rather, they blend harmoniously with other main ingredients and play a huge role in enhancing the taste, flavor, and texture.
