The entrance fee to Seoul Tower is 16,000 won, but it seems that you can get a cheaper price if you make a reservation in advance. There are many places to see the view even if you don't go all the way to the top, so don't worry. On weekends, there was a traditional dance (?) in the front yard, but I couldn't see it because I went late in the afternoon.
