Bukhansan National Park

#summervacay Spent the day hiking around Bukhansan National Park and honestly? 10/10 would do again, after my legs recover. This place is way bigger than I expected, with so many trails that it’s kinda impossible to pick just one. We ended up choosing one that wasn’t too crowded and just followed it wherever it led. The views? Insane. Forests, rocky peaks, random temples tucked into the mountains… it felt like a mix between a nature documentary and a kung fu movie. There were moments where the trail got pretty steep, and I definitely questioned my life choices halfway up, but the top made it all worth it. You can see all of Seoul from up there, which is wild. People were super friendly too, lots of hikers saying hi or offering snacks. Just make sure you bring water, snacks, and maybe a walking stick if you’re feeling fancy. If you need an escape from the city, this place is magic.
