I was able to deeply feel the life and love of the representative lyric poet of Korean literature. The first edition of Kim Sowol's poetry collection 'Azalea' on display at the entrance and the letters exchanged between the couple were so great because they conveyed the warm emotions and affection of that time!! The poem engraved on the wall, “If you want to go, go,” seems to have stayed in my mind for a long time. ㅎㅎ 📌 Points for solo travelers Recommended experience: Lyric poetry transcription experience → An activity to copy Kim So-wol’s poems with a calligraphy brush (20 minutes, 4,000 won) Hidden spot: “Azalea Garden” in the corner of the exhibition hall → You can read and think in a flower garden decorated with a poetry theme Recommended snack: “Sowol’s Tea Time” (6,500 won) in the museum cafe → Azalea flower-shaped cookies and herbal tea set 🚨 Notes Last registration for the transcription experience is at 4:30 p.m. Photography is allowed in the azalea garden, but flash use is prohibited Tea time sets are limited in quantity on the day and may sell out early The poem verse I copied in the experience zone was “Leave what you miss as it is,” but when I wrote it myself, I was able to feel the emotion of the poem even more deeply!!!
