The second Stripe building opened in Yaksu after Cheongdam is the first domestic design work by Sang Kim, who came from Rem Koolhaas' 0MA architectural firm, and is called the Yaksu Beige Building. Inspired by the silhouette of a model walking down a runway, this building, with its solid lines and rhythmic structure, praises the harmony of fashion, architecture, and coffee. It is a compound word of St + Life, which pursues "harmony between work and life," and as the name suggests, the neat space with striped patterns standing out everywhere creates a refreshing sense of openness. The subtle harmony of the old and new buildings in Yaksu-dong, the refreshing terrace with flowers and plants, and the comfortable beige-toned furniture make resting even more restful.
